Who we are
This website, https://thementalmechanic.com, is operated by The Mental Mechanic Athletics, based in Frisco, Texas. You can reach us any time at coachakasharora@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us: the name, email address, role, and message you submit through our contact form. Our contact form opens your own email app to send the message, so your note reaches us as a normal email — we do not store form entries in a database on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, and share resources you ask for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers listed below or where required by law.
Embedded and third-party services
Booking is handled by Calendly — when you schedule a Game Plan Call, the details you enter are processed by Calendly under their privacy policy. Videos are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode; playing a video means YouTube and Google may collect data about that playback. Podcast episodes are delivered by Buzzsprout, which may collect download and playback statistics. Each of these providers may set cookies or collect technical data such as your IP address and device type.
Analytics and hosting
The site is hosted on Lovable's platform, which records standard server and traffic information for security and performance. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers. If we add a dedicated analytics tool in the future, this policy will be updated.
Minors
Athlete inquiries involving anyone under 18 should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. We ask for parent or guardian consent before working with a minor athlete, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
If you opt in to hear from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in that email or by replying to ask us to remove you.
Confidentiality
What is shared in coaching sessions stays between the participants, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a safety concern. Coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Email coachakasharora@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
