A parent quietly supporting their young athlete after a game

For Parents

You Know Your Athlete Is Capable of More.

You've invested countless hours supporting your athlete. Sometimes the missing piece isn't another lesson — it's the mental side of performance.

You've probably tried more reps, more lessons, and more encouragement — yet something still feels missing.

Is this your athlete?

  • Talented, but loses confidence after mistakes.
  • Practices well, then competes like a different kid.
  • Gets frustrated, or shuts down entirely.
  • Puts more pressure on themselves than anyone else does.
  • Still loves the sport, but isn't enjoying competing anymore.

What We'll Build Together

You don't have to be the one coaching the mental side. That's my job — and you get to go back to being their parent.

  • Confidence that isn't tied to the last result
  • Emotional resilience when things go wrong
  • A healthy response to adversity and setbacks
  • Focus that holds under real competitive pressure
  • Love for competing, back where it belongs
  • Car rides home that feel lighter for both of you

Mental Fitness Goes Beyond the Game

Sports give us the moments. The lessons we build from them follow our kids for life.

Common Parent Questions

Is my athlete too young?
Usually not. I work with athletes from around age 10 through college, and the language changes with the age. Younger athletes learn simple, concrete tools; older athletes go deeper.
How do sessions work?
About 45 minutes, virtual or in person around Frisco and North Texas, scheduled around school and season. Your athlete does the work; you get context and a way to support it at home.
Will this replace a skills coach?
No — it makes their skills coach more effective. Their technical training builds the ability. This builds the mind that lets them use it on game day.
How quickly do athletes improve?
Most parents notice a shift in how their athlete responds to mistakes within the first few weeks. Deeper confidence is built over a season, not a weekend.

One call. A clearer picture of your athlete.

Free, no pressure. You'll talk through what's happening and leave with a first step either way.
